1)  Which top 3 leadership qualities have I learned or optimized through raising children/family management? Patience, empathy, and prioritization. Nothing teaches you to lead with heart and make tough calls like negotiating bedtime with a toddler while closing a funding round. 

2)  What is my personal insider tip for balancing family and career? Drop the word “balance.” It’s a myth. Instead, get clear on your non-negotiables. Some days, that means a board meeting in the morning and Lego tower duty in the afternoon. 

3)  What am I proud of? 

I’m proud that I found joy in missing out, on the noise, the hustle, the pressure to be everywhere. By saying no to what didn’t matter, I made space for what does: family, purpose, and building Pumpkin Organics on my terms.
