As a speaker I share my expertise on the challenges faced by leading mothers and the solutions for companies and women.
The focus is on strengthening the self-confidence of mothers, enabling them to pursue their careers, and on leaders who could encourage overlooked talents .
I have given lectures at, among others, FORD, the German Federal Railway, the British Embassy in Berlin, the German Federal Bank, Airbus and OTTO.
